(Sales) Book Meetings with Target Accounts

Use GetroConnect to help your sales team connect with decision-makers at target companies.

Steps:

1. Build a list using 'Companies'.
   
   

2. Click 'Create List' in the top-right corner.
   
   

3. Choose 'Companies List' and name your list.
   
   

4. Add websites of companies your team wants to target.
   
   

5. Review the list for contact info, job titles, seniority, and internal connections.
   
   

6. Use filters (title, stage, etc.) to refine your ideal contacts.
   
   

7. Request a warm intro from the best internal connection.
   
   

   • Email Template: "Hey [Name], could you intro me to [Contact] at [Company]? Quick note—I'm looking to connect about [1-sentence reason]. Let me know if that’s cool!"
     
     

8. Send forwardable email to make it easy for your contact to copy-paste and send along.
   
   

   • Forwardable Email Template: “Hey [Contact], a [role] on my team at [Company] would love to learn about how you are solving [solution’s pain point]. Thought you might be open to a quick intro. You open to a chat?"

9. Get the intro and book your meeting.
