(Talent) Find Great Talent for Open Roles

Use GetroConnect’s AI Matching to fill roles listed on your PortCos’ job boards.

Steps:

1. Click 'Create List', then select 'AI Matches'.
   
   

2. Choose the job to find candidates for.
   
   

3. Review AI recommendations and add top matches to a list.
   
   

4. Share the list with PortCos along with a point of contact.
   
   

5. PortCos use the list to request warm intros to candidates.

   1. Email Template: "Hi [Name], any chance you can connect me with [Candidate]? Looks like a great fit for a role we're hiring for. Appreciate it!"
      
      

6. Send forwardable email to make it easy for your contact to copy-paste and send along.

   1. Forwardable Email Template: "Hey [Contact], a founder at one of our portcos, [Company] would love to connect with you to explore joining the team. Thought you might be open to a quick intro. Is that in your wheelhouse?
