(Talent) Find Hidden Talent for Non-Posted Roles

Identify great candidates for confidential or non-public roles.

Steps:

1. Build a list using 'AI Matches'.
   
   

2. Click 'Create List', then choose 'AI Matches'.
   
   

3. Enter role details even if the job isn’t posted publicly.
   
   

4. Review AI recommendations for potential fits.
   
   

5. Create a list and share with the hiring PortCo.
   
   

6. Request intros through trusted contacts.

   1. Email Template: "Hi [Name], could you intro me to [Candidate]? We're quietly hiring for a role they’d be perfect for. Thanks a bunch!"
      
      

7. Send forwardable email so the contact can easily forward your note.

   1. Forwardable Email Template: "Hey [Contact], a founder at one of our portcos, [Company] would love to connect with you to explore joining the team - quietly. Thought you might be open to a quick intro. Is that in your wheelhouse?
